This will be my go to sauce going forward. I love how balanced the sauce is and its freshness.

Never had this kind of authentic chimichurri that comes canned. Restaurant quality, if not, better. Hooked on the spicy chimichurri and swear by it. I literally cannot find anything that comes close to this one. Always have a jar in my kitchen.

I have tried other chimichurri sauces at restaurants, and to be honest I just wanted the meat. Whether the sauce was there or not, it really didn't matter. After trying Pablo's chimichurri, now I make sure to have some with me when I eat meat, rice, eggs, pretty much anything I think will go well. I take it with me to barbecues, of course to share the yummy goodness, but also to make sure I have some. Once you try it, you won't be able to go back to any other chimichurri. I get the spicy chimichurri.

I had this for the first time at a friends house, and was hooked immediately! It’s very flavorful and perfect to season your meat, or just about anything else. So much better than store bought brands or even restaurants.
