ASADO & CHIMI
Argentine BBQ by Pablo Kim invites you to slow down and catch up with friends and family. A truly unique event, you will enjoy a plethora of curated meats right off the grill with traditional homemade salads, and our renowned chimichurri.
We emphasize and recommend eating slowly to thoroughly enjoy this event. The asador usually saves the best cuts (the ones that take longer to roast) for later in the experience

LOCATION
We serve Orange County, California and its surrounding neibhorhoods. Further away areas may not be possible or may require additional Travel Expenses.
PRICING
Full menu is $150 per person with a minimum of 30 guests starting at $5,000 with travel/setup/cleaning included.
We bring the grills and provisions. You sit back, relax, & enjoy!

ASADO - SHORT RIBS
Asado is the traditional favorite of the "parrilla" (bbq) which is best enjoyed cooked slowly over low heat, allowing the meat to become tender and infused with the smoky essence of the grill.

VACIO - FLAP STEAK
Vacio in comparison to Asado, has a strong beefy flavor and a firmer texture. It's celebrated for its marbling that in open flame achieves a crusty sear while keeping the inside succulent.

ENTRAÑA - SKIRT STEAK
Entraña is legendary among connoisseurs. Prized for its rich, beefy flavor and a texture that soaks up marinades eagerly, it offers a charred exterior and a juicy interior that’s full of character.

MATAMBRE A LA PIZZA (PORK PIZZA)
Matambre, thinly sliced, is a canvas for culinary creativity. It is topped with tomato sauce, cheese, tomato slices, olives, oregano, for a classic Argentine "a la Napolitana" style.

CHORIZO (ARGENTINE SAUSAGE, PORK)
Chorizo is a popular Argentine sausage, often made with a mix of pork and beef, typically grilled and enjoyed as a main appetizer on in a sandwhich called "choripán".

MORCILLA (ARGENTINE BLOOD SAUSAGE)
Morcilla is a traditional Argentine Parrilla sausage, made with pork blood, lard, minced onions, and a variety of spices. It is very rich, with a deep flavor that is smooth but slightly crunchy.

Salsa criolla, or Argentine Creole sauce, is a vibrant and tangy condiment made with chopped tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, parsley, vinegar, and olive oil, traditionally served with grilled meats and chimichurri.

Our french bread is a light and fluffy load that is crusty on the outside and very soft and chewy on the inside. Pair it with chimichurri and salsa criolla making it a gourmet bruschetta styled crostini.
